On this page you will find a general overview of fundraisers and fun activities for your senior. Volunteers are desperately needed!

Sign Up Genius will ALSO be utilized by our committees throughout the year. Please watch for parent emails with important updates and opportunities. All volunteers will also be contacted by their committee chair either via phone or email. Please make sure your updated contact information is given when you sign up to help.

THANK YOU to the many parents who assist "behind the scenes!" Your efforts are appreciated! This is going to be an awesome senior year for our kids!

Holiday Expo –  This event is an all-day upscale artisan show held on a Saturday in early November. There are typically over 50 artisans (jewelry, household crafts, spa treatments, clothing, etc.) and 4-6 sponsoring businesses participating.  This event is our LARGEST FUNDRAISER. Many volunteers needed for signing up artisans, getting sponsors, arranging food vendors, helping set up, tear down, and helping vendors bring items into the school.

Restaurant dinners – Several local dining establishments provide fundraising opportunities by donating a percentage of profits on a specific date.  We publicize the date encouraging FHE families to patronize the establishment to maximize the donation. These fundraisers will be held on a regular basis. Please come and eat and relax while earning money for your child's senior party.

Get Hawked! - Place an order for your friends/teammates to "Get Hawked"! All proceeds go directly to our all night party. Volunteers needed to deliver and pick up signs.

Flower Sales - For Homecoming and Prom dances, flower shops offer a portion of flower sales to our party committee. Must mention our code. Details will be provided.

Senior Specials – One day a month (typically on the 17th) during lunch hour, this group coordinates monthly celebrations for seniors. The committee decides what the celebration will be and gathers the supplies to facilitate the special. The committee will need help the day of the celebration as well as during preparation.

Senior Dinner & Dance - A special dinner and dance for seniors only. Venue, date and details of the event will be decided by a volunteer committee. Volunteers needed to plan, decorate, and chaperone.

Baccalaureate Service – A Baccalaureate Service is held the Sunday evening before graduation. The service is non-denominational and attendance is not mandatory.  We may need volunteers to help.

All Night Party:

Venue – The FHE Graduating Class Board chooses and reserves a venue for the all night party. It is kept secret from the entire senior class and parents.

Food – Once the venue is chosen, the food committee decides menu and helps with set up and clean up.

Security & Chaperones – Parents are needed throughout the night of the party to ensure the safety of the graduates for the duration of the party.  No one is allowed to enter or exit the facility for any reason throughout the night with the exception of a medical emergency.
